The purpose of this book was to suggest structurally sound,
time-and-cost-effective reconstruction solutions for the destroyed trekking lodges along the Helambu trekking route after 2015 earthquakes.

The recent 2023 earthquakes in Bajura and Jajarkot of West Nepal gave us the additional impulse to put together ideas that may serve a s practical references for safe and speedy reconstruction.
